VIP NeuroRehabilitation Center prides itself in bringing world class rehabilitation to patients with disabilities at the lowest cost possible. We have found that despite our best efforts to have reasonable costs, many patients need financial assistance. We created two programs to enable people to continue to make progress. Thank you to all those who have supported VIP, through donations or at our annual fundraiser, as 10% of all donations are set aside to support this program as well.

VIP Hero's Program

Welcome to our Hero's Program, a beacon of hope and healing for the real-life heroes who have served in the military, as well as our dedicated first responders, and their families. Our mission is to provide comprehensive neurorehabilitation support through a generous program that aims to restore physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We believe that those who have sacrificed so much for the safety and security of our communities deserve the very best care to help them thrive post-service.

Welcome to our Community Program, a beacon of hope and healing for children and low-income individuals. We believe that access to therapy and support services should be available to everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic background. Our mission is to provide comprehensive therapy support to help these individuals overcome obstacles, reach their full potential, and lead fulfilling lives. |

To apply, you must have completed your initial evaluation with our Physical Therapist and fill out the below application. *Military/Veteran, must attach a copy of DD214 / Low Income, must attach a copy of most recent Tax Return*
All applications will be reviewed by our Board of Directors and awarded based on need and availability. Should you receive an award, you will be credited to your VIP patient account to be used directly toward Therapy Session costs.
