 Sunday, November 13th | 1:00-5:00 PM Protector Brewery - Beyond the Teams Veterans Day Celebration Fundraiser: Supporting David Charbonnet with VIP NeuroRehabilitation Center  Fundraising Event for the San Diego, VIP NeuroRehabilitation Center whose focus is on those who have difficulty moving secondary to Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Brain Injury, ALS, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injury, and multiple traumas.
Beyond The Teams and Protector Brewery are hosting a Veterans Day celebration on Sunday, November 13, 2022, 1:00-5:00PM. You will enjoy the best organic beer in the country, catered food, and a festive atmosphere, all while meeting and hanging out with veteran Navy SEALs. All proceeds will go to VIP NeuroRehabilitation Center. VIP NeuroRehabilitation Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, run by and for the patients! The president and CEO of VIP is an injured SEAL. Visit vipneurorehab.org. They bring top-quality outpatient NeuroRehabilitation care to disabled military veterans, children, and to ALL who are in need. VIP patient, Nate, was in a skateboarding accident on February 21, 2020, and suffered a traumatic brain injury. God is still writing Nate's story. On June 4th, the MCAP (Mobility Community Access Partners) and the San Diego Park & Recreation, therapeutic Recreation Services, will co-sponsor an Adaptive Sports & recreation day at Crown Point on Mission Bay. This is a free event and lunch will be provided. The event will run from 10am – 3pm with a variety of adaptive sports and recreation activities to learn about and try. Click here for more info!
