VIP Receives Large Grant for 2019 Lokomat Program

VIP NeuroRehab is proud to update you all that we are making BIG progress in our fundraising efforts for a second Lokomat at VIP!  In June 2019, VIP was awarded a $100,000 grant from The Cushman Foundation and their Making a Difference in San Diego Grant Program.

The Making a Difference for San Diego Grant Program was established in 2018 to provide grants up to $100,000 to at least 10 local organizations. Through the generosity of the Cushman Foundation, $1.2 million was granted to 14 organizations in 2019.

The Cushman Foundation has also supported the VIP Scholarship Program since 2015, specifically for military and veteran patients.  Their family is committed to improving San Diego and supporting the individuals who call San Diego home. VIP is honored to have been awarded this grant and to have their support!

Between this grant and efforts of Beyond the Teams, $210,000 has been pledged, $10,000 received in donations, and $30,000 saved all for the additional Lokomat at VIP.
